Brendon loves the sea and everything in it, so when thinking of what to do with vintage spoons he makes whale's tails.
These elegant shapes vary depending on the shape of the original spoon. In many you can see some of the decorative detailing fro the original manufactures as a feature of this piece of jewellery.
Some have the stem of the spoon carefully ground into shape and bent to make a loop for the cord, some have a brass jump ring. The brass jump ring allows you to suspend it from a silver chain if you wish.
The flukes are carefully shaped and all the edges are filed and polished so they're smooth and comfortable to wear.
